The main differences between the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, S23 Ultra, and S22 Ultra:

- Launch Date:
 The S24 Ultra was announced in January 2024, the S23 Ultra in February 2023, and the S22 Ultra in February 2022.

- Dimensions and Weight:
 While all three phones have similar dimensions, there are slight variations in weight. The S24 Ultra weighs 232-233g, the S23 Ultra weighs 234g, and the S22 Ultra weighs 228-229g.

- Build:
 The S24 Ultra features a glass front and back with a titanium frame. The S23 Ultra and S22 Ultra have glass fronts and backs with aluminum frames.

- Display: 
The S24 Ultra boasts a Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display with 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support, reaching up to 2600 nits peak brightness. The S23 Ultra and S22 Ultra both have Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays with 120Hz refresh rates and HDR10+ support, but with lower peak brightness levels of 1750 nits and 1200 nits respectively.

- Processor:
 The S24 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, while the S23 Ultra has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, and the S22 Ultra features the Exynos 2200 chipset in Europe and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset elsewhere.

- Memory: 
The S24 Ultra offers options for 256GB or 512GB storage with 12GB RAM, and even 1TB storage with 12GB RAM. The S23 Ultra has options for 256GB or 512GB storage with 8GB or 12GB RAM, while the S22 Ultra provides options for 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB storage with 8GB or 12GB RAM.

- Camera:
 While all three phones feature impressive camera setups, the S24 Ultra and S23 Ultra both have 200MP main cameras, whereas the S22 Ultra has a 108MP main camera. Additionally, the S24 Ultra and S23 Ultra offer advanced telephoto capabilities with periscope lenses for optical zoom, while the S22 Ultra also has telephoto capabilities but with slightly different specifications.

- Battery:
 All three phones come with a non-removable 5000mAh battery, but there might be slight differences in charging speeds. The S24 Ultra and S23 Ultra support 45W wired charging, while the S22 Ultra only mentions 45W wired charging without specifying if it's PD3.0.
