According to recent rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series of smartphones may come with more base storage than the current Galaxy S22 series.

Rumors claims that internal storage will start at 256GB for all Galaxy S23 models, while the top-end Galaxy S23 Ultra is rumored to have a base RAM of 12GB, compared to the 8GB of RAM in the entry-level Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The Galaxy S23 series is also expected to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and a new cooling system.

However, other leaker Roland Quandt has disputed these rumors, stating that the 128GB option will still be available.

The Galaxy S23 series is expected to be announced on February 1, so it will be a few more weeks before we know for sure what the final specifications of these phones will be.
